Every week leading into Christmas, we will be sharing all of the magic of M&S. Pull your first cracker and make your festive season sparkle - here’s everything coming your way this December.

CHRISTMAS GIFT SHOP

This festive season, M&S is delivering the magic to customers with exceptional quality, value, service and innovation, whenever, wherever and however customers choose to shop. With latest insight from our Family Matters Index highlighting 45% of customers place value as their top priority when deciding where to shop, we have continued to invest in protecting prices. This year over 70% of our Gift Shop range is now priced at £10 or under. We have also reduced the average price of our decorate range by 20% compared to last year, with the majority of single hanging decorations now priced at £5, along with a new opening price point on Christmas Trees, with a 6ft tree starting at £20 (vs £22 last year).

CHRISTMAS FOOD TO ORDER

From the tastiest turkey and perfect party food to dazzling desserts, our restaurant-quality Christmas Food to Order range has everything you need to make every foodie moment magical. Simply pre-order your Christmas food on M&S.com and it will be ready to collect in store from 22-24 December (England, Wales and Scotland) or on 23 or 24 December (Northern Ireland). This year saw 52.7k orders placed on the first day of launch (+19% vs last year), with 18% of collection slots filled within the first week of the Christmas Food to Order campaign. We’ve already sold 290k turkeys this year and have seen vegan lines volumes increase by 11%.

EXTENDED RETURNS

We know not every Christmas gift is perfect, so we’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases made online or in store (except Sale items) between 10 October and 24 December 2024 can be returned up until 26 January 2025. For purchases made from 25 December onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.

EXTENDED OPENING HOURS

The week leading up to Christmas, from 18 December, to make it easier for customers to shop at a time that’s convenient for them and ensure any last-minute shopping is stress-free, more than of our 600 stores will be open from 7am through until 10pm. A number of stores will be open until 10pm on Monday 23rd and 6pm on Christmas Eve for that last minute dash!

SCAN & SHOP

Sparks customers can skip the foodhall queue this festive season by using Scan & Shop in the M&S app. Just open the app, select Scan & Shop, scan the barcodes on M&S Food products and press pay - all from your phone! Customers can also view the entire food range online using the M&S Food Catalogue. Customers can browse availability in their local stores.

FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON GIFTING

Our food and drink gifts feature scrummy surprises to delight discerning gourmets. From this month, all of our food and drink hampers available on M&S.com will be eligible for free nominated or next day home delivery.

CLICK & COLLECT

Did you know over 66% of our online customers opt for Click & Collect? Throughout Christmas we’re continuing to offer free next day Click & Collect, available in all of our stores. Plus, with many orders now fulfilled in store, Christmas shopping has never been easier!
