Our digital AGM

Our 2025 AGM will be a digitally-enabled meeting, held at, and broadcast from, M&S’ Waterside House Support Centre at 11am on Tuesday 1 July 2025. The Board is committed to leading on shareholder engagement and continues to believe a digitally-enabled meeting is the best way for directors to interact and engage with the broadest range of shareholders.
