M&S has a policy not to provide toilets for customers in stores where there is no café. Your store in Chesterfield has several toilets that the former store provided for its customers. They are not available for M&S customers! Please comment.

We offer toilets where we can but some store profiles are not designed for them, however please talk to one of our colleagues and they will do what they can to help you.
