Operations Director
Sacha joined M&S in 1994 on the Graduate Training Programme and went on to hold a range of retail leadership roles across the UK, including General Manager of the Marble Arch store and Regional Manager for London.
In 2007, he moved into the Property Group as Head of Property Planning & Store Development, leading both new space growth and the company’s store modernisation programme. He was appointed Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive in 2009.
Sacha then joined the General Merchandise division as Director of Merchandising, before becoming Retail, Operations & Property Director in November 2012. He is now Operations Director, responsible for Digital & Tech, as well as Property and Store Development across the UK and Ireland.
In February 2023, Sacha joined the Board of Adnams plc as a Non-Executive Director and serves on both the Remuneration and Audit Committees.
