M&S Says Thank You To Customers And Colleagues For Extraordinary Support And Loyalty

  •  M&S resumes Sparks offers with a range of thank you treats and surprises on the way for customers 
  • Over 1.8 million customers will receive birthday treats this month including Percy Pigs, Swiss Truffes, Prosecco and Outrageously Chocolatey Round Biscuits
  • Sparks Coffee Stamp Scheme is back with a free coffee for every six stamps collected 
  • Additional thank you discount for all 63,000 M&S colleagues and over 2,500 contractors from across M&S’ supply chain and partners

Marks & Spencer has announced its Sparks loyalty scheme is now fully back online and will feature a range of ‘thank you’ treats and rewards.

Customers will be surprised with a range of rewards across Fashion & Home appearing in their Sparks hub. Plus, M&S’ popular Coffee Stamp scheme will soon be reinstated across M&S Café’s across the UK – giving customers who have collected their six stamps a free coffee in their Sparks Hub to redeem during their next visit.

In addition, M&S will be giving out over 1.8 million birthday treats to those celebrating their birthday this month, as well as a belated birthday treat for customers who had celebrations in May or June. Customers will be able to choose between one of two of M&S’ bestselling Food products; these could include Percy Pigs or a Swiss Truffle Assortment Box, a Bouquet of Flowers or bottle of Prosecco, a punnet of Grapes or a packet of Outrageously Chocolatey Round Biscuits, which M&S sells over 2.6 million packs of a year.

This weekend, M&S will also bolster its industry leading 20% colleague discount to 30% for four days for its 63,000 colleagues to be used across Fashion, Home & Beauty, including third-party brands. Plus, for the first time outside of Christmas, M&S will extend the 10% discount to over 2,500 contractors from across its supply chain and partners. This included Gist Limited, the principal contract logistics provider to M&S Food as well as security and cleaning contractors and in-store Beauty Advisors from Clinique and Estee Lauder.
