Entering new markets and marketplaces
We’re investing in digital marketing, expanding our presence on major marketplaces such as Zalando and entering new markets. In March, we launched 46 flagship websites in new markets, expanding our online reach to over 100 countries and enabling millions more customers to shop our products.
Modernising our international operations
We’ve launched a digital showroom which allows our partners to create curated ranges and plan their floors, windows, and campaigns without attending costly buying fairs. During the pandemic, we expanded our international e-commerce platform into one adaptable website which can be localised and tailored to different markets.
We’re driving faster rotation of our international store estate with new, digitally enabled stores. This includes a first ‘10x’ trial, offering our international partners omnichannel innovations such as fitting room assistance, self-checkout and QR codes to access online ranges.
