Marks and Spencer Group plc (“M&S”) today announces the appointment of Jo Jenkins as Director of Lingerie and Beauty.
In this role, Jo will form part of the General Merchandise leadership team, reporting directly to John Dixon, Executive Director of General Merchandise.
Jo joins M&S from Next, where she most recently held the role of Product Director, Womenswear, with responsibility for all buying, design and merchandising across Lingerie, Swimwear, Nightwear, Loungewear, Footwear and Accessories.
Jo has a proven track record in retail, with over 25 years’ experience. She started her career at M&S and spent over 12 years with the business in various retail and buying roles, before joining Next in 1997. During her time at Next, Jo worked within the sourcing and buying teams, before taking her current role in 2007.
