Marks & Spencer hosted pupils from local primary school Byfleet Primary School, for an exclusive site visit at its Brooklands store. The visit organised as part of the sites Considerate Constructor Scheme registration, offered the children a firsthand look at the store's ongoing renewal works.

As a Client Partner of the Considerate Constructor Scheme, M&S, alongside its contractors, Coyle Interiors organised the educational trip to showcase the positive aspects of construction such as environmental considerations, approaches to health and safety and the various levels of planning and design required.

Donning mini hard hats, the students had the opportunity to see the transformation in progress.
This includes a new Coffee Shop, a new in store bakery and the introduction of a hot chicken counter, with the store expected to launch in summer 2025.

Sam Cope, Store Manager at M&S Brooklands said: "We at M&S believe that improving our stores should also benefit the communities we serve. By working closely with our principal contractor through this Considerate Constructor Scheme, we aim to highlight the positive impact of the works to deliver an exciting new M&S for our customers in the Brooklands area.”
