Head of Ethical Trading for Clothing & Home
Fiona Sadler has worked for M&S for over 20 years and is responsible for the Clothing & Home Ethical Sourcing Strategy and ethical trade programme. Her role covers policy setting, compliance, collaborative initiatives, worker training programmes and ethical Plan A commitments across the Clothing & Home supply chain, all of which are designed to create sustainable impact and positive change. She leads the global ethical sourcing team of 23 managers who are responsible for supplier management, enabling them to meet our Global Sourcing Principles, continually improve labour standards and uphold human rights in all our sourcing countries.
