Channels to our Customers

We have accelerated our plan to operate from fewer, larger, more inspirational Clothing & Home stores and slowed our Simply Food openings to focus only on the sites with the best returns. Although primarily based in the UK, we sell into 57 countries from 1,035 UK stores and 428 international stores around the world.  

We will deliver one-third of our Clothing & Home sales online within five years to prevent further erosion of our market share and to reflect the way that customers’ shopping habits are changing.

Our products are sold through 914 UK and 468 international stores – in diverse locations across high streets and out of town retail parks.
