When you come to the end of the trainee management programme, your career at M&S will only just be beginning.
With such a variety of stores and departments, you’ll have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop in the way that suits you best.
But what can you expect when you finally reach Commercial Manager level? For a start, lots of responsibility. You’ll be leading and motivating a team of Section Managers to deliver your vision of best standards and best service, which ultimately could lead you to a store manager appointment.
