Our warehouse team plays a crucial role in keeping the whole store moving, by ensuring the right products are on the shelves when our customers need them.

The essential work they carry out behind the scenes is highly thought of within the business, and the support they provide our store teams is key in helping us deliver a service people talk about.
The team don’t have a lot of contact with customers, however they do help out with our ‘Collect by car service’ where we hold customers’ shopping until they can come and pick it up in their cars.
The working environment can be challenging (especially when it gets busy) and involves some heavy lifting and the use of basic machinery. But if you enjoy working in a strong team environment, this area offers a great opportunity to develop your skills while helping us maintain the highest standards of efficiency and customer service.
Your role and what you'll need to do it
You’ll oversee deliveries, ensure all stock is stored properly, train staff on machinery and look at ways to drive cost savings across the warehouse operation. With previous experience in this area, you’ll enjoy the challenges of working in a logistics environment and possess the strong personality needed to get the most out of your team. A key aspect of this role will be to build a strong working relationship between the warehouse and the rest of the store team so you’ll need good communication skills. And, as you'll also be managing cash deliveries to the store, some awareness of security would be an advantage.
