With approximately 160 cafés across the UK and Ireland, we’re the third largest coffee chain in the country. And if that came as a surprise, then the fact we were the first chain to serve Fairtrade organic coffee as standard may also raise a few eyebrows too.
As you might imagine Café Revive is very popular with our customers so it can get very busy at times. But if you enjoy the buzz of working in a fast-paced environment (and you can stay calm under pressure) this could be the ideal place for you to help us deliver a service people talk about.
Your role and what you’ll need to do it
"I didn't even know what a vanilla shot was, but I'll never have another coffee without one."
You’ll provide customers with everything from freshly squeezed orange juice to wholemeal baguettes – or even some Fairtrade organic ground coffee to try at home. To join the team you’ll need to be enthusiastic, willing to learn and have some interest in the hospitality industry. With coffee to serve, tables to clear and dishwashers to load it can be quite physically demanding. But if you like being on the go, you’ll benefit from a great development programme, which includes barista training. This will equip you with all the skills you’ll need to make the best coffee in town.
