Graduate Roles
The opportunities we have are divided into two main areas: store and head office.
Store
We have two schemes available in our stores: Selling and HR. Selling is where most of our graduates join us, and offers the chance to be fast-tracked into senior level retail management. HR is where you train to be an HR manager, gaining experience into everything from managing recruitment to carrying out disciplinary procedures.
Head office
In a head office role, you’ll get the chance to develop specialist skills and expertise, and then use that knowledge to influence strategies and drive growth across the rest of the business. We have opportunities in IT, design, buying, merchandising, garment and food technology, and product development.
