Graduate Roles
Our graduate scheme is divided into three areas:
Retail Management, Head Office and HR.
Retail Management
With this scheme, you’ll be based in one of our stores. You’ll work towards becoming a Commercial Manager and have the chance to be fast-tracked into a senior management position.
Head office
If you have a relevant degree, you could apply for a role in our Head Office. There are lots of areas you could go into – including IT, Logistics, Design, Buying, Merchandising and Product Development. In each role, you’ll get hands-on experience, and learn from some of the best people in the business.
HR
Please note that we’re unable to accept any applications for our 2012 HR Grad scheme - we’re busy refreshing the scheme to ensure it meets our business needs as well as helping you get the most out of it. So make sure you keep an eye out for a fresh new scheme coming next year.
