Induction
Our induction programme will ensure you hit the ground running when you join our graduate scheme.
Lasting between one and two weeks, depending on your background and previous experience, it’s designed to give you a basic, general understanding of our business, along with useful information about life at M&S.
Your induction will consist of:
- A one-day corporate induction workshop; and
- An introduction to M&S stores.
The corporate induction workshop is a regional event, bringing together graduates within your area. Speakers are senior figures from around the business, will be there to welcome you to M&S and to tell you about the direction the Company is going in. Your introduction to stores will involve you meeting people in different roles and gaining insight into the way our retail operation works.
