We try to make our application process as quick and as painless as possible. Here’s how it works.
Application form
The application process itself is pretty straightforward. The first thing we'll ask you to do is complete an application form on our website, along with a number of key related questions designed to give us an idea of whether you've got what it takes to succeed in a managerial role. If successful, you'll be invited to attend a one-day assessment centre.
The closing date for applications is Friday 11th December 2009 (with the exception of the Food Technology vacancies - for the Business Placement programme this will close on Friday 30th October 2009). We suggest you apply as soon as possible, as, due to their popularity, some other schemes may also close early.

One-day assessment centre
This will take place between mid-January and February (business placement assessments will only take place in January). The day will consist of a group exercise and a coaching exercise, as well as analysis and presentations. You’ll also have an interview.

By mid February, we’ll inform you whether or not your application has been successful.
