The options may be exercised during a six-month period following the normal maturity date, which is 1 January 2009 and 1 January 2007 respectively.
Executive Options
It has been confirmed today that on 24 November 2003, the following Director was granted options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme at an option price of 270p per share. The options, which are exercisable between 3 and 10 years from the date of grant, are subject to performance criteria on exercise, details of which can be found in the Company's annual report and financial statements 2003.
