We have received confirmation today that Laurel Powers-Freeling acquired 40 shares on 17 January 2003 at a price of 317.5p per share as a result of reinvestment of dividend in a PEP. The shares are registered in the name of Sharelink Nominees. This brings her total holding to 9,681 shares.
